Solutions Architect | Hybrid - London | Up to 120,000 + 30% bonus

We're looking for a customer-focused Solutions Architect to join a fast-growing AI technology company transforming how enterprise organizations leverage artificial intelligence.

In this role, you'll partner with leading enterprise customers to design secure, scalable technical solutions, guide complex implementations, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while helping shape the future of the platform.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers during both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Lead architecture discussions and guide customers on secure, scalable deployment strategies.
  • Partner with customer security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to ensure successful platform integration.
  • Support enterprise sales opportunities by providing technical validation and addressing architectural questions.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and collaborate with internal engineering teams to drive solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
  • Capture customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
  • Contribute to technical best practices, documentation, and deployment standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, and enterprise security.
  • Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Ability to lead technical architecture discussions with enterprise customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience diagnosing infrastructure and integration challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise customer engagements from discovery through long-term adoption.
  • Strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to customer success.
