Solutions Architect
Reading - 2 days a month in the office
Salary up to £100,000
SC Clearance eligibility required
We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and driving architectural excellence across a spectrum of projects.
This role requires a strong foundation in digital technologies and solutions, coupled with extensive consultancy experience in shaping and defining solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of multi-dimensional solution architectures.
- Collaborate with clients and suppliers, identifying innovation opportunities and proposing and evaluating architecture options.
- Assess current technology landscapes, identifying gaps and risks to develop future-state architectures.
- Create roadmaps for seamless migration from legacy to modern, cloud-based architectures.
- Lead workshops and presentations to effectively communicate architecture and technical concepts.
- Assist in pre-sales activities and project teams.

About You
- Experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Strong expertise in leading architecture for multiple user-research led agile product teams.
- Experience of working with Government Digital Service standards, GOV.UK services (Notify, One Login, Pay) and National Cyber Security Centre guidelines and security standards.
- Experience of guiding and documenting cloud and API solution architectures including design solutions using AWS API Gateway and Lambdas.
- Proficiency in architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools, including agile delivery and DevSecOps, JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
