Gen AI Solution Architect

12-month contract | £500 per day (Inside IR35) | 4 days per week (32 hours) | Mainly remote with occasional travel to London

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong Microsoft background to help shape and deliver AI solutions across a large enterprise environment. This is an opportunity to work on projects involving Generative AI and Microsoft technologies, helping to design secure, scalable solutions while working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.

You don't need to have been working exclusively in Gen AI. If you've built your career as an Azure Solution Architect and have gained experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot or other AI technologies, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
  • Help define and implement Generative AI solutions across the organisation.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Contribute to AI architecture, governance and security best practice.
  • Support the adoption of Microsoft AI technologies including Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Promote reusable architecture patterns and scalable design principles.
  • Work alongside delivery teams to ensure solutions are secure, reliable and fit for purpose.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
