Role Overview

We are building Conversational AI systems that transform how businesses communicate with customers. Our platform combines real-time speech AI, large language models, conversational workflows, and cloud infrastructure to power intelligent voice and messaging experiences at scale.

As a Solutions Architect, you will sit at the intersection of AI, product, and commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with prospective clients to understand their operational challenges and design solutions run by conversational AI, speech technologies, automation, and modern cloud platforms.

This role combines technical consulting, solution design, discovery, and storytelling. Some engagements will involve formal enterprise procurement processes, while others will focus on demonstrating what modern AI systems can achieve in practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients and partners
  • Design AI customer communication solutions across voice, chat, and automation workflows
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations
  • Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and technical architecture questionnaires
  • Scope integrations, APIs, data flows, and deployment requirements
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Help shape customer solutions involving conversational AI, LLMs, speech AI, workflow automation, analytics, and cloud infrastructure
  • Support technical validation, proof-of-concepts, and solution architecture discussions
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across technical teams, operations, and leadership groups

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
