Role: Solution Architect
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week)
Salary: £100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Solution Architect who still enjoys solving technical problems?

I'm working with a market-leading organisation undergoing a major technology transformation, and they're looking for a Solution Architect to help shape the next generation of their platform.

This is a hands-on architecture role, in that you'll remain close to engineering.

You won't be writing production code, but you'll be expected to understand how solutions are implemented, challenge technical decisions and work alongside developers to deliver scalable, cloud-native systems.

If you're an architect who enjoys designing solutions rather than simply reviewing them, this could be a great fit.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing end-to-end solution architectures for large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to guide implementation and remove technical blockers.
  • Designing scalable API and integration solutions.
  • Supporting the migration of legacy platforms into Azure.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to define technical direction.
  • Producing architecture artefacts and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
