ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced solutions architect to join our team in Chiswick, West London. You will be responisble for leading the design and delivery of complex digital solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and technology strategy. Working closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, and engineering teams, the role provides architectural oversight across the full product lifecycle, from concept through to implementation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solutions architect, with a focus on data management, data analytics and enterprise-scale applications involving large scale data systems, loooking to join a global organisations, and work with leading technology in an agile, fast past paced, dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Architecture: Provide architectural oversight, Ownership and guidance for the design and implementation of complex digital solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices
Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of digital solution architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, communicate architectural decisions, and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives
Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and driving innovation through the adoption of new tools and methodologies. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential technical challenges and propose mitigation strategies
Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across digital initiatives with continuous review and updated architecture documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, data science and product management to deliver integrated digital solutions that meet business needs
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with digital solutions, implementing proactive measures to mitigate security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory concerns
Digital Technology Strategy: Participate in building the digital technology strategy with Digital CTO, H3S CPO, Director, Products, and other architects
ABOUT YOU
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, with a focus on data management, data analytics and enterprise-scale applications involving large scale data systems. • Good product understanding and knowledge of product lifecycle. .• Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS preferred), microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies. • Understanding of Architecture design patterns and practical application in large scale systems. • Knowledge of enterprise data management frameworks, data warehousing strategies and data analytics systems. • Demonstrated understanding of content management systems and best practices, with a preference for Sitecore • Proficient in .NET development and framework utilization to build scalable, maintainable, and performant enterprise applications aligned with business needs. • Skilled in designing and implementing event-driven architectures that allow asynchronous, decoupled, and scalable interaction between services and components. • Expertise in cloud-native solution design using leading platforms (preferably AWS), leveraging managed services, containers, serverless, and infrastructure as code to ensure scalable and resilient application deployments. • Knowledgeable in machine translation technologies and mechanisms, including integration of AI-driven translation services into enterprise architectures. • Experienced in development and deployment of generative AI and machine learning systems, with preference for AWS Bedrock and associated AI services, enabling advanced data-driven and AI-powered solutions. • Able to express complex architecture designs clearly using the C4 model, creating visual representations that describe context, containers, components, and code-level details to facilitate stakeholder understanding and development alignment. • Experience in API management and API marketplace designing is desirable but not essential. • Good understanding of data privacy and compliance, data management frameworks, Big data and data quality management.

• Good oral, written and presentation skills, with ability to organize and present technical material in an easily understood manner. • Ability to communicate detailed, persuasive information to all stakeholders – verbally and in writing • Analytical skills to evaluate technology options, mitigate risks, validate proof of concepts, and optimize solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done • Experience working in a multi-cultural international organization is a plus • Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic environment
