Solutions Architect
Solution Architect – Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES)
About the Role

Our Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Department leverages extensive manufacturing know-how to transform enterprise systems. With deep industry experience, we deliver solutions that drastically reduce process time and streamline business flows across any organization. Our world-class consultants help businesses unlock the power of integrated systems through superior consulting and implementation services.
Key Responsibilities
The Solution Architect will be responsible for guiding and influencing the technical design, configuration, and planning of automotive projects. Your role involves:
- Creating technical designs for system architecture through clear integration of each subsystem or layer.
- Defining the structure and description of a system, enabling implementation, understanding, support, and future development.
- Specifying end-to-end architecture, including integrated designs and detailed design documentation.

Area of Responsibility
- Primary architectural focal point of the project.
- Interface with business sponsors and all stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Ensure the solution meets project requirements and aligns with business direction.
- Provide ownership of technical solutions, documenting impacts and benefits.
- Maintain expertise in modern applications, networks, servers, storage, and desktop infrastructures—especially in complex and challenging environments.
- Define infrastructure hardware and software requirements and prepare detailed architecture documentation for review and approval.
- Collaborate with the project manager to develop detailed project plans.
- Define system requirements, balancing business needs with constraints like cost, timing, and feasibility.
- Actively engage with stakeholders in gathering requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements into detailed solution proposals.
- Map business requirements to solution functionalities and aid project delivery teams in understanding implementation processes.
- Participate in solution development and delivery where necessary.

- Strong technical and industry expertise in domains such as Marketing & Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate settings—a plus.
- Experience in multi-domain solutions, including enterprise and distributed applications across platforms:
- Client/Server, Distributed, Web-Based
- N-Tier Systems on LINUX, WinTel, Cloud-based (Google, Azure, Amazon)
- Expertise in delivering end-to-end solutions, working with third-party software suppliers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Application Subject Matter Experts (SME).
- Ability to analyze, design, and recommend software/hardware specifications for architectural improvements.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels (executive, business user, team member).
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for innovation to enhance project execution.
