Solution Architect - £90-£100k - Microsoft Azure & Dynamics 365 - Birmingham - Hybrid
We're looking for a Solution Architect to play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across a complex transformation portfolio.
This is an opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions, work closely with business and technical stakeholders, and shape cloud-first solutions that deliver real business value.
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end solution architectures for business-critical change initiatives.
- Leading solution design across Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 (CE & Finance & Operations).
- Producing architecture artefacts, solution designs and technical documentation.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Defining API, integration and microservices architectures.
- Supporting architecture governance, technical assurance and risk management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Promoting reusable architecture patterns and best practice across multiple programmes.

Essential skills
- Strong Solution Architecture experience within enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience designing API-led and integration architectures.
- Knowledge of microservices and cloud-native solution design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments using Azure DevOps and/or Jira.

Desirable skills
- TOGAF certification.
- SAFe experience.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) exposure.
- Experience with enterprise architecture governance and modelling tools.
