About the Business

A growing managed service provider delivering technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients across the UK. The business is scaling its AI capability and investing in senior technical talent to lead client-facing solution design.

About the Role

We're looking for a senior Solution Architect to act as the technical authority across client engagements, working closely with commercial teams during discovery, design, and solution shaping. You will own end-to-end solution design, translating business challenges into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions, and will play a key role in shaping the organisation's AI reference architecture frameworks. This is a highly client-facing position requiring credibility with senior stakeholders and confidence balancing technical excellence with commercial viability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as technical lead across client discovery workshops and solution design engagements
  • Working closely with sales and commercial teams to shape AI-led solutions addressing real business challenges
  • Translating customer requirements into clear, deliverable architectures
  • Owning and evolving the organisation's AI reference architecture frameworks
  • Designing scalable, secure, best-practice solutions across the Microsoft AI, data, and automation ecosystem
  • Providing technical assurance and credibility to senior client stakeholders
  • Balancing technical excellence with commercial viability and delivery feasibility
  • Supporting pre-sales activity including proposals, bids, and client presentations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
