Solutions Architect - D365 CE/Power Platform Fulltime - Permanent role Homebased - must be in the UK No sponsorship can be offered - must be eligible for SC Clearance

We are looking for a Solution Architect, who is looking for greater influence. This role offers the chance to join a market-leading Microsoft Solutions Partner where architecture is central to every engagement. You'll play a key role in shaping enterprise solutions, guiding strategic technology decisions, and delivering transformation programmes that have a genuine impact on clients and their customers.

An idea of the job:

Leading the architecture, design, and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions Acting as a champion for both technical and functional excellence across the Microsoft platform Driving the adoption of new Microsoft technologies, capabilities, and best practices Defining solution roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and strategic technology direction Designing enterprise-grade CRM solutions with a strong focus on scalability, security, governance, and performance Architecting complex integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, Dataverse, APIs, and third-party systems Leading the design and development of industry-specific solution accelerators and templates that enhance out-of-the-box Microsoft capabilities Providing architectural leadership across delivery teams, stakeholders, and senior business leaders Supporting pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and strategic customer engagements

You'll most likely come from a hands-on background in Dynamics 365 development, consulting, engineering, or architecture and have progressed into leading solution design on large-scale programmes. Deep expertise across Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Field Service Strong experience designing enterprise-level CRM architectures Advanced knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, and Model-Driven Apps Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications and enterprise systems Strong understanding of Azure Integration Services, APIs, security models, and governance frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills A passion for delivering innovative, business-focused solutions
