Key responsibilities

• Act as Red Kite’s internal technical counterpart to the housing system supplier, providing technical assurance over proposed designs, configuration, statements of work, technical specifications and integration designs. This includes identifying risks, assumptions and gaps; ensuring alignment with Red Kite’s long-term objectives, architectural principles and Microsoft best practice architecture frameworks; and helping Red Kite retain sufficient internal understanding of key solution decisions to avoid over-reliance on supplier knowledge.
• Provide clear technical advice to project governance boards so senior stakeholders understand the implications of design decisions, trade-offs, risks and costs. Maintain effective design governance, including standards, design reviews, approval of technical changes across configuration, integrations, customisations and data, and clear architectural documentation, decision records and supporting technical artefacts.
