About Addigy
Addigy is a fast-growing SaaS company empowering IT professionals to manage Apple devices at scale. Our platform enables organizations and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to monitor, secure, and manage macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices in real time through a single, intuitive interface. We are guided by three core values: Humble – outcomes over ego, every time; Hungry – relentless in our pursuit of progress; and Smart – we’re curious, we dig, we never stop learning.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Solutions Architect (EMEA), you will be Addigy’s first dedicated technical hire in the European market — a unique, high-impact, ground-floor opportunity to build Addigy’s EU customer success motion from day one. You will serve as the primary technical resource for EMEA prospects and customers, owning pre-sales technical evaluations, customer onboarding and implementation, and Tier 1 support for the region.
This role is intentionally designed as a hybrid position. As the EMEA business grows, the support component will transition to a dedicated EU Support Engineer and this role will evolve toward a full-time SA focus. Candidates excited about building something from the ground up — and growing with the region — will thrive here.
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
Ground-floor impact – You will be the technical face of Addigy for all of Europe, directly shaping how the company scales internationally. Full-lifecycle ownership – From pre-sales demos to implementation, professional services, and customer advisory, this role spans the entire customer journey. A role that grows with you – As the EU team scales, you help define what the SA function looks like in EMEA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
