Contract Solution Architect | SC/DV | Outside IR35

Pay Rate
£600-£650 per day
Duration
3-4 Year Programme (6 month rolling)
Security Clearance
SC Cleared (DV or willing to undergo DV preferred)
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a major government programme delivering secure, mission-critical infrastructure and new technology services.

Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end technical solutions
- Producing high and low-level designs
- Presenting to Technical Design Authority
- Working closely with engineering teams to deliver secure platforms in highly classified environments
Required Experience
- Solution Architecture within secure Government or Defence environments
- VMware Cloud Foundation (vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX-T, Aria)
- Private & Hybrid Cloud
- Infrastructure migrations and transformation
- High availability, resilience & disaster recovery
- F5, NGINX or VMware Avi load balancing
- Microsoft & Linux platforms
- Zero Trust / Secure Infrastructure design
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience
