Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Solution Architect
📍 Windsor (1 day per week onsite)

We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in a major ERP transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the functional solution design of a large-scale D365 F&O implementation, working with senior stakeholders and influencing the future state of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end functional solution design across the D365 F&O programme.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery to post-go-live.
- Work closely with Functional Consultants and Technical teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions while minimising customisation.
- Partner with the Lead Solution Architect to ensure alignment with the wider ERP and business strategy.
- Produce high-quality functional design documentation and solution blueprints.
- Champion best practice and fit-to-standard processes across Finance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and delivery partners in an Agile environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a D365 F&O Functional Solution Architect.
- Strong functional expertise across:
- Finance
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger
- Cash & Bank Management
- Fixed Assets
- Subscription Billing
- Direct Debit experience would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent solution design and business process mapping skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience producing functional design documentation and leading workshops.
- Previous experience delivering enterprise-scale D365 F&O implementations.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for delivering business value.
