Solutions Architect Manager
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a motivated Solutions Architect Manager to join us in the U.K. In this role, you will be a key member of the Sales and Solutions Architect Management team and provide guidance to solutions architects, our technical presales experts. You'll be responsible for positioning Red Hat’s solutions and services to our end customers and partners by working with solutions architects and Sales Management, Consulting, Engineering, and Support teams to meet Red Hat's company-wide sales objectives.
What You Will Do
- Work with the regional Solutions Architect Management team to support and implement a common strategy for solutions architects in designated verticals
- Ensure all solutions architects meet organizational objectives
- Connect with senior management across business functions
- Collaborate with the Sales Management team to build strategies and ensure sales objectives are met
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel
- Work with marketing and product managers to provide feedback on Red Hat’s offerings and technologies
- Demonstrate deep understanding of our portfolio and support our Sales team by translating the capabilities of Red Hat’s offerings into value propositions
- Manage and coach experienced Solution Architects, ensuring succession planning, talent retention, and development.
- Oversee the design and quality of account success plans, ensuring regional customer needs and regulations are addressed.
- Anticipate and resolve complex regional challenges in customer adoption, technical coverage, and integration.
- Collaborate with regional sales, consulting, and ecosystem leadership to achieve business development and pipeline growth.
- Align regional Solution Architecture activities with broader corporate initiatives and functional strategies.
- Monitor regional pipeline metrics, identify trends, and select initiatives to drive performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders without customers

What You Will Bring
- Demonstrated success in a technical presales role supporting senior sales executives
- Experience as a manager of presales engineers or experience in a senior solutions architect role
- Record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout organizations
- Sales-minded with excellent customer business skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent technical experience
- Extensive technical background in Red Hat's portfolio technologies or similar relevant industry knowledge.
