Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect, you will design, describe and support the delivery of effective technology solutions across change programmes of varying size and complexity. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure solutions align with business requirements, architectural standards and strategic goals, while promoting innovation, quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate solution options, providing clear, evidence-based architectural recommendations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive solution designs, documentation and risk mitigations.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, assess feasibility and provide expert technical guidance.
- Maintain architectural artefacts, models and reusable components to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure solutions align with architectural principles and governance, actively managing risk and technical debt.

About You
You are an analytical and collaborative architect who enjoys shaping pragmatic, high-quality solutions to complex problems. You communicate confidently, influence effectively and work well across multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that support both business and technology objectives.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience designing solutions across cloud, digital and enterprise platforms (e.g. Azure, Dynamics, APIs, integration, DXP).
- Ability to assess complex problems, evaluate options and design scalable, secure and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- Experience working within architectural governance frameworks, balancing innovation with compliance and risk.
- Collaborative, proactive and values-driven approach to delivery, demonstrating professionalism, inclusion and ambition.
