& Experience Proven experience operating as a Solution Architect within enterpr ise environments.Strong SAP Finance and SAP HR / SuccessFactors archit ecture expertise.Broad technology exposure, including applications, integrations, infrastructure, cloud, da ta, and security.Experience working across multiple business units, geographies, or internat ional operations.Strong stakeholder management and leaders hip capabilities.Excellent communication, influencing, and ne gotiation skills.Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and enterprise archit ecture practices.Process-driven mindset with a focus on delivering b usiness outcomes.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-tec
