Solutions Architect

D365 API & AI Solutions Consultant We’re looking for an experienced consultant to lead the design and delivery of a D365 API solution that integrates content from SharePoint and Bloomfire into Dynamics 365, enabling Microsoft Copilot to deliver intelligent, AI-driven responses for Call Centre users. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience designing and developing D365 APIs and integrations Strong solution architecture and technical delivery background Business analysis and process redesign expertise Knowledge of AI content strategy, content restructuring and optimisation for Copilot/AI consumption Experience with taxonomy, metadata, knowledge management and data governance Stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and change management Strong testing, QA and user adoption experience Programme/project delivery with a focus on benefits realisation Desirable: Experience integrating SharePoint into D365 Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered knowledge solutions Bloomfire integration experience is beneficial but not expected.
