Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer South East, UK | Hybrid
I'm currently supporting an innovative cybersecurity vendor looking to hire a Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer to join their growing team.
This is a highly technical, customer-facing role where you'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design solutions, deliver technical demonstrations and PoCs, and support customers through complex deployments and integrations.
Key Responsibilities Act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle. Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts. Design solution architectures across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments. Support integrations involving APIs, networking technologies, and security platforms. Advise customers on cloud, DevOps, automation, and deployment best practices.

What They're Looking For Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineer. Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and architectures. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of networking protocols, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Familiarity with DevOps tools, Infrastructure as Code, and automation. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Experience working with Government, Defence, or highly regulated environments. Microsoft 365 integrations. Kubernetes, Docker, Python, or similar technical tooling.
