What You'll Do at Elekta:
As a Solution Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive the adoption and growth of Elekta's integrated solutions. Working closely with Commercial, Product Management and regional teams, you'll develop compelling value propositions, deliver go-to-market initiatives, and enable customer-facing teams to communicate the clinical, operational and economic impact of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Execute solution marketing strategies aligned with commercial priorities and business objectives.
- Develop and own solution positioning, messaging and value propositions based on customer, market and competitive insights.
- Create compelling content and campaigns that communicate clinical, operational and financial benefits to target audiences.
- Drive go-to-market activities, demand generation initiatives and customer engagement programs for assigned solutions.
- Partner with Product Management, Medical Affairs and regional teams to ensure consistent, evidence-based messaging and differentiation.
- Develop sales enablement tools, training and content to support solution selling and commercial success.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive activity to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
- Manage marketing deliverables end-to-end, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in solution marketing, with a strong understanding of positioning, segmentation, customer personas, value proposition development, and go-to-market execution.
- Ability to translate customer, clinical, and commercial insights into compelling marketing strategies and measurable business outcomes, supported by strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Strategic, customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across complex, global matrix organisations.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or other complex B2B environments is highly desirable.
