Where You’ll Work
This is a hybrid role based in the UK, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Denver, Raleigh or Chicago with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
Why this Role Matters
As a Solutions Consultant at Litera, you will play a key role in driving adoption of our practice-of-law tools across strategic and enterprise customers. By partnering directly with legal professionals, you will translate complex workflows into practical solutions that deliver measurable value and improve user engagement. You will collaborate cross-functionally to influence product direction, inform customer strategy, and ensure our solutions meet evolving legal needs. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, product growth, and long-term retention.
What You’ll Deliver
Drive product adoption and engagement across assigned accounts, helping customers realize measurable value Partner with customers to develop and execute success plans that increase usage and strengthen long-term relationships Deliver impactful enablement through training, consultations, and best-practice guidance, including GenAI usage Use customer insights and usage data to identify growth opportunities and recommend targeted engagement strategies Build strong customer advocacy through champions, case studies, and testimonials Influence product direction by surfacing customer feedback, use cases, and market insights Lead onboarding and rollout strategies to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption Align with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue teams to support growth, retention, and renewal outcomes

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
2+ years’ experience practicing law in a top-tier law firm or in-house corporate legal team, or 5+ years’ experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or a related SaaS role Proven ability to deliver high-quality work at pace with measurable outcomes Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders Consultative mindset with the ability to influence customers and guide best practices Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-changing technology environment Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder feedback effectively
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working in LegalTech or with legal workflows Background in transactional law Experience supporting or enabling GenAI or AI-driven product usage Experience in enterprise customer-facing or adoption-focused roles

Pay Transparency for New Jersey, Illinois, and Colorado Applicants
The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.
In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
