Profectus Recruitment and Our Client
Profectus Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a fast-growing technology business building the next generation of enterprise monetisation software.
As AI transforms the way software is built and consumed, traditional SaaS pricing models are no longer enough. Businesses are increasingly moving towards usage-based, consumption-based, and outcome-based commercial models, and our client is at the forefront of helping enterprise organisations design, implement, and scale those strategies.
Their platform enables customers to bridge the gap between commercial pricing strategy and technical implementation, helping some of the world's most innovative software businesses monetise AI products in entirely new ways.
About the Role
As customer demand continues to grow, they're looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services team.
This isn't a traditional implementation or project management role.
You'll own enterprise customer implementations from discovery through to successful go-live, working directly with customers to understand not only their technical requirements, but how they commercialise their products and services.
Every customer is different. Every implementation is different.
One customer may be implementing a traditional subscription model, while the next is building an AI product requiring usage-based, consumption or outcome-based pricing. You'll play a key role in helping customers translate those commercial models into scalable technical solutions.
You'll work closely with Product and Engineering, influence the future direction of the platform, and help shape how implementations are delivered as the business continues to scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
