Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant / Architect
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Salesforce consultancy, who are looking for an experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant / Architect to join their growing Commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative Salesforce expert who enjoys shaping solutions, engaging senior stakeholders, and demonstrating the business value of Salesforce rather than simply showcasing product features.
Working alongside the Sales team, you will play a key role in winning enterprise-level opportunities by understanding customer challenges, designing high-level solution architectures, and building compelling value propositions that resonate with executive audiences.
This role offers a competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure of 10–15%.
The Role
As a Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant / Architect, you will work closely with Sales and prospective customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, helping organisations understand how Salesforce can transform their business. Rather than focusing on technical delivery, you will be responsible for creating solution designs, supporting bids and proposals, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
