Role Overview
This remote role (UK-based) with up to 50% travel across the UK and Europe is ideal for a highly skilled and client-focused Solutions Consultant specialising in enterprise-level new clients. You’ll bridge critical gaps between sales, product, and delivery, guiding prospects from discovery to value realisation and ensuring seamless implementation.
Our SaaS platform powers transformative business outcomes—your expertise will help clients understand its measurable value while shaping well-defined scope and implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solution Design
- Collaborate with sales executives to align solution proposals with client business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct discovery sessions to:
- Gather detailed requirements
- Map existing processes
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Design custom solution demonstrations and user-experience workshops that highlight tangible business impact.

Value Engineering
- Quantify the business case for adopting our platform, including:
- ROI projections
- Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
- Productivity and efficiency gains
- Develop executive-level business value assessments, benchmarks, and financial models to support decision-making.
- Prepare post-implementation value measurement tools to ensure long-term adoption and expansion.
Implementation Scoping & Delivery Alignment
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical implementation scopes.
- Define key project parameters:
- Timelines
- Allocated resources
- Dependencies and risk criteria
- Partner with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product Teams to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), level-of-effort estimates, and comprehensive risk assessments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the startsrelational exporting children {symbol} {wrapping} maternal mythical source matter expert on:
- Product capabilities
- Integration scenarios
- Provide customer insights and feedback to product management to shape roadmaps and enhancements.
- Support marketing and sales enablement with:
- Thought leadership
- Case studies
- Demand generation materials

Essential Criteria
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (an MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years in solutions consulting, value engineering, or professional services, with a focus on:
- SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
Technical & Consultative Expertise
- Deep understanding of:
- SaaS business models
- Cloud architecture
- Implementation lifecycles and best practices
- Proven ability to:
- Build and present financial/value models tailored to executive decision-makers.
- Scope and define complex enterprise software implementations.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication: Bridging technical and business stakeholders with compelling storytelling.
- Analytical rigor: Aligning customer needs with product strategies for real-world impact.
- Travel adaptability: Capacity for up to 20% travel for clients/projects.
