What You Will Do
- Develop deep expertise in the martech domain to assess prospect goals and requirements—effectively articulating Insider One’s value offering.
- Engage as a solution consultant and trusted advisor during pre-sales, guiding prospects through their challenges.
- Connect prospect requirements with Insider One’s platform and product solutions, shaping the sales strategy.
- Craft personalized demos and presentations, tailoring pitches for both business and technical audiences.
- Lead internal coordination for responding to technical inquiries in Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Stay informed about product roadmap updates, sharing insights with the Product Management Team.
- Ensure seamless transitions for clients to Insider One’s Customer Success Team, facilitating onboarding.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized decks and use cases on request.
What You Will Need
- A minimum 5 years’ experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer, or complementary experience that blends technical and client-facing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on:
- Capturing requirements and use cases.
- Developing tailored solutions.
- Articulating business value to stakeholders.
- A proven track record of selling SaaS solutions in complex enterprise settings.
- Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, modern business applications (e.g., web and app development frameworks), and API integrations.
- Ability to coordinate diverse teams (technical and non-technical) to solve business and technical challenges.
- Self-motivated, adept at multitasking, and committed to high standards in executing sales processes.
