What You Will Do

  • Deepen MarTech expertise: Master the MarTech domain to qualify prospects’ goals and never miss an opportunity to highlight Insider One’s unmatched value offering.
  • Trusted advisory role: Engage prospects as a solution consultant and tech advisor during the pre-sales journey, bridging gaps between challenges and opportunities.
  • Sales strategy expertise: Contribute to shaping sales strategies by aligning transforming prospect needs and desires with Insider One’s platform and products.
  • Presentation & Demos: Craft and deliver personalized demos and pitches, addressing both business and technical decision-makers.
  • Technical RFI/RFP lead: Take ownership of internal coordination to respond to complex technical requests, ensuring accurate and compelling solutions.
  • Align with product roadmap: Stay informed on product updates and new features, sharing market insights with Product Management to drive strategy.
  • Client handoff: Spearhead smooth transition of new clients to the Insider One Customer Success Team for seamless onboarding.
  • Sales collateral support: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored decks and tailored use cases upon request.

What You Will Need

RequirementDetails
ExperienceMinimum 5 years in a similar role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer), or equivalent client-facing tech roles.
Technical & Communicational ExcellenceExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on capturing requirements, articulating technical solutions, and translating business value.
SaaS Sales ExpertiseProven track record in selling SaaS solutions to complex enterprise clients.
Technical AcumenStrong grasp of SaaS architecture, modern business applications (including web and mobile development frameworks), and API integrations.
Collaborative Problem-SolvingAbility to coordinate diverse stakeholders across technical and business domains.
Independence & ExecutionSelf-starter, adept at multitasking, and committed to maintaining the highest standards in end-to-end sales execution.
