Founded in 2001, Resident Advisor (RA) is one of the world's longest-running music media brands and a cornerstone of the dance, electronic and DJ ecosystem. The site's audience of over 76 million monthly users is drawn in by a combination of news, editorial, club listings and ticketing, RA-branded events at venues and festivals worldwide, original films and a weekly mix series that has run for 20 years.
Purpose Of The Role
We are seeking a Solutions Consulting Manager to join our Consulting team. This role is pivotal in supporting our ticketing partners both before and after they sign up with RA, ensuring a seamless integration and ongoing success.
The successful candidate will work closely with Revenue leadership as well as our Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to the unique needs of our promoters.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with Revenue teams, including Sales and Account Management, to facilitate discussions, focusing on complex and large-scale agreements.
- Develop and utilise onboarding templates for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the RA platform.
- Demo RA solutions to prospective clients, helping them understand the benefits and impacts of our services.
- Discover, collate and advocate for customer needs to the Product team, escalating common themes and requirements.
Post-Sales Support
- Lead the onboarding of new customers onto the RA platform, establishing and refining best practice guides.
- Become the go-to expert on RA’s promoter products and services, providing reliable support and guidance to our promoter community.

- Manage other Promoter Solutions team members (1 direct).
- Strategise for and lead the rollout of promoter-facing cross-functional projects (e.g. RA's recently re-launched tech stack, Shift).
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to test and launch new products and integrate best practices into our offerings.
We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in customer success, solutions engineering or a similar role within a tech company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks as needed.

This is a full time and fixed-term position, and the expected salary is £37,500 to £45,000 per annum. If you have questions about the role, please contact work@ra.co. This role is based from our London office and will be expected in at least three days a week.
