About us
We're a growing B2B SaaS company providing enterprise software solutions to organisations across the UK. As our customer base continues to grow, we're investing in our delivery function to ensure every customer receives an exceptional implementation experience and ongoing support throughout their journey with us.
We're now looking for a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead our Solutions team and help us scale our delivery capability.
About the role
This is much more than a traditional project management role.
You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of customer implementations and ongoing solution enhancements, whilst leading our Solution Consultants and continually improving how work flows through the business.
Working closely with Customer Success, Product and Operations, you'll ensure customer work is delivered efficiently, priorities are clear, and our delivery processes continue to evolve as we grow.
This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, developing people, solving operational challenges and building scalable ways of working.
What you'll be doing
Customer Delivery
- Own the successful delivery of enterprise customer implementations from project kick-off through to go-live.
- Coordinate the delivery of ongoing customer enhancements and business-as-usual solution changes.
- Develop implementation plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
- Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies and blockers.
- Act as the operational escalation point for delivery issues.
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure customers receive clear, proactive communication throughout delivery.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the Solution Consultant team.
- Allocate work across the team to ensure an even and effective workload.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, support performance development and identify training opportunities.
- Help recruit, onboard and mentor new team members as the business grows.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture within the Solutions team.
Planning & Capacity Management
- Own delivery planning across implementations, customer enhancements and BAU work.
- Forecast resource requirements and identify future capacity needs.
- Balance competing priorities while ensuring customer commitments are met.
- Work with Customer Success to agree realistic delivery timelines and manage customer expectations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
