About the Role

As the UK's largest independent provider of industrial cleaning equipment, we've spent over a decade helping customers embrace robotic cleaning technology across sectors including retail, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing and education. We're looking for a Solutions Deployment Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting field-based role where you'll install, commission, support and optimise our fleet of robotic cleaning machines, helping customers unlock the full potential of automation.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission and optimise cleaning equipment at customer sites.
- Carry out site surveys and support in recommending the best solution for each environment.
- Configure robots, create cleaning routes and complete customer handovers.
- Deliver operator training and ongoing technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues, aiming for first-time fixes.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements to maximise efficiency and customer success.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering and manufacturers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate service records and manage van stock to ensure you're always ready for the next job.

Requirements
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in robotics, automation, field service engineering or industrial equipment.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical or software systems.
- A passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
- Strong IT skills and experience using digital service management systems.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage your own workload.
- A full UK driving licence.
- An understanding of basic electrical knowledge and motor drive control principles.
- Experience with Linux platform is preferred.
- An engineering qualification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
