YOUR ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Warehouse Design Manager to join our Solutions Design team based in Ashby de la Zouch, where you will plan, manage and work on high value, multi-functional or complex solutions, acting as a subject matter expert in the application of automation, mechanisation and other innovative warehouse technologies.
Working across multiple high-profile projects, you'll collaborate with CEVA customers and wider CEVA business functions to develop innovative, service orientated and cost-effective solutions in support of our growth strategy.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting onto the Head of Solutions Design you will be responsible for:
As our Solutions Design Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality warehouse solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing innovative, efficient and commercially viable warehouse solutions for new business opportunities and contract renewals.
- Developing operational and commercial models that align with CEVA business standards and customer requirements.
- Managing multiple solution design projects simultaneously while delivering to demanding deadlines.
- Collaborating with Business Development Managers throughout the sales process, supporting customer presentations, negotiations and solution reviews.
- Supporting major project implementations by providing analytical expertise, dedicated costings and operational insight.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for a naturally curious and commercially minded individual who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data, analysis and operational design. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable working with ambiguity, and have the confidence to manage multiple projects while delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain solution design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large volumes of complex data.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement or Project Management.
- Experience using CAD, QlikView or CLASS.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and their application within logistics operations.
