The Solutions Director will play a key role in driving Bellrock’s continued growth across the Property, Facilities Management and Integrator sectors. Acting as a strategic lead for framework management, business development and complex solution design, the role will support the successful delivery of both public and private sector opportunities.

Working closely with bid teams, operational stakeholders and senior leaders across the business, the Solutions Director will lead the development of innovative, technology-led client solutions that positively differentiate Bellrock within the market. The role will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, strengthening strategic customer relationships and supporting long-term revenue growth through high-performing framework and renewal activity.

This is a highly collaborative and commercially focused role, suited to an experienced business development professional with a strong understanding of the Property and Facilities Management landscape. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, solution-led selling and market insight to create winning proposals, drive customer engagement and enhance Bellrock’s position as the trusted challenger in property services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through the support of existing customers and the conversion of new customer opportunities.
  • Provide expertise in support of Integrator, FM and Property solution design, including tender and bid responses, to create market-leading proposals.
  • Design and develop technology-led, positively differentiated client value propositions and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, capturing all activity and progress within the HubSpot CRM system to enable transparent reporting, performance analysis and prioritisation.
  • Lead client sales meetings, using knowledge and expertise to effectively demonstrate the capability and potential of Bellrock products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and strategic stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the deal-making process for bids, strategic partnerships and other new business opportunities.
  • Achieve high win rates across new business opportunities and strategic pursuits.
  • Lead renewal activity for selected strategic accounts and share best practice across teams to support contract retention.
  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Create tailored value propositions and customer solutions aligned to client requirements and business objectives.
  • Track and manage tenders through defined ITT timescales, responding to client information requests and coordinating contributions from internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage wider group capability to maximise win rates and strengthen customer solutions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop thought leadership content that increases awareness of Bellrock’s products, services and brand.
  • Undertake extensive networking and engagement through both in-person and online channels, forums and industry events.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to support the sales process from initial engagement through to mobilisation.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Property, FM and Integrator markets, including competitor activity, emerging technologies and service delivery trends.
  • Develop expert knowledge of Bellrock products and services, becoming self-sufficient in presenting and designing complex client solutions.
  • Represent Bellrock at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with Operational teams to support the creation of winning solutions, commercial proposals and customer outcomes.
  • Lead strategic renewal activity for selected clients, ensuring renewal discussions commence early and achieve retention rates in excess of 90%.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
