Public Sector Solutions Director
Remote working - with occasional travel to client site
Salary - up to £120,000 plus upcapped commission and benefits
Are you an experienced public sector solutions leader with a track record of shaping and winning complex, high-value bids?
Our client is seeking a Public Sector Solutions Director to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic opportunities across Central Government and the wider Public Sector. This is a highly visible role, leading the development of compelling, client-focused solutions that combine service, technology, commercial and operational excellence.
Working within a collaborative bid environment, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to design innovative, deliverable solutions that address client challenges and maximise win rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution design for complex public sector bids.
- Develop integrated solutions across service, technology, people and commercial components.
- Facilitate solution workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
- Coordinate architects, consultants and analysts within a matrix environment.
- Provide oversight of pricing, costing, transition and delivery models.
- Ensure all bids meet governance, risk and assurance requirements.
- Drive quality, consistency and best practice throughout the bid lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach solution contributors to build capability across the wider team.
About You
You'll bring:
- Significant experience delivering solutions within Central Government or the wider Public Sector.
- A proven track record of contributing to successful, high-value bid wins.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement, contracting and decision-making processes.
- Experience developing solutions that combine both service and technology elements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of pricing and delivery considerations.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency across Microsoft 365.
