We’re looking for a commercially driven and technically strong Solutions Engineer to join our Presales team here at OL!

As we expand our presales capability, we’re looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Solutions Engineer to join our Presales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping strategic opportunities, working closely with Sales and Product to demonstrate the value of our platform ecosystem and deliver impactful, solution-led outcomes for our customers.
What will you do?
As our Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving presales success and influencing complex deals through technical expertise and consultative engagement.
- Partner closely with Sales to support complex and strategic presales opportunities, helping shape effective solutions
- Lead structured discovery sessions to deeply understand customer challenges, objectives, and requirements
- Design and deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities and integrations
- Translate customer needs into compelling, solution-led propositions that highlight business value and technical capability
- Act as a subject matter expert, continuously developing product knowledge and collaborating with Product teams
- Influence deal progression and support proposals, RFIs, and RFPs through strong technical positioning and storytelling

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a technically strong, commercially minded presales professional who thrives in complex, customer-facing environments.
- Proven experience in presales, solutions engineering, or a similar SaaS-based role
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to communicate platform capabilities and integrations clearly
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise or complex sales opportunities
- A consultative approach, with the ability to uncover customer needs and position value-led solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering engaging product demonstrations
- Commercial awareness and understanding of complex sales cycles, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
