Salesforce Solutions Engineer
Fully Remote (UK) | Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

TechOhana has partnered with an established, fast-growing Salesforce ISV, specialising in Professional Services Automation (PSA), in its search for a Salesforce Solutions Engineer.
This is a genuine product company operating in the PSA space, offering the opportunity to work at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success. You will play a central role in demonstrating platform value to prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
The role:
Working closely with the sales function, you will lead technical discovery conversations, design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, and manage proof of concept engagements that support the commercial team in closing new business. The role also involves regular collaboration with product and engineering teams on solution design.

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant capacity
- A track record of delivering technical demonstrations and discovery sessions to prospective clients
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
(Bonus, not required)
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with PSA, CPQ, or wider professional services technology
- Prior experience within a Salesforce ISV or SaaS vendor environment
