Role Description
The Solutions Engineer – Channel Enablement is a full-time remote role focused on supporting and empowering channel partners to successfully position and implement Concentric AI solutions. This role includes:

- Collaborating with sales and presales teams on partner opportunities
- Delivering technical demos tailored to partner needs
- Providing guidance on solution architecture and integration

Day-to-day responsibilities involve:
- Creating and maintaining technical enablement materials
- Assisting partners with proof-of-concept deployments
- Troubleshooting integration issues across customer environments
The Solutions Engineer will also:
- Gather feedback from partners to inform product improvements
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives
- Ensure partners have the tools, knowledge, and support required to drive adoption of Concentric AI’s platform
Additionally, the role will provide support for day-to-day demos and support of the EMEA business more broadly.
Qualifications
- Strong software development and integration skills to design, implement, and support technical solutions across diverse environments.
- Consulting experience with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcomes-focused guidance for channel partners.
- Background in sales and presales activities, including technical discovery, solution positioning, demos, and proof-of-concept support.
- Experience working with security, data protection, or SaaS platforms; familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and partner-centric role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple partner engagements, prioritize tasks, and work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
