Role Description

The Solutions Engineer – Channel Enablement is a full-time remote role focused on supporting and empowering channel partners to successfully position and implement Concentric AI solutions. This role includes:

  • Delivering technical demos tailored to partner needs

Day-to-day responsibilities involve:

  • Creating and maintaining technical enablement materials
  • Assisting partners with proof-of-concept deployments
  • Troubleshooting integration issues across customer environments

The Solutions Engineer will also:

  • Gather feedback from partners to inform product improvements
  • Contribute to go-to-market initiatives
  • Ensure partners have the tools, knowledge, and support required to drive adoption of Concentric AI’s platform

Additionally, the role will provide support for day-to-day demos and support of the EMEA business more broadly.

Qualifications

  • Strong software development and integration skills to design, implement, and support technical solutions across diverse environments.
  • Consulting experience with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcomes-focused guidance for channel partners.
  • Background in sales and presales activities, including technical discovery, solution positioning, demos, and proof-of-concept support.
  • Experience working with security, data protection, or SaaS platforms; familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and partner-centric role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner engagements, prioritize tasks, and work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
