About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for explaining the technical and functional aspects of the product or services we offer to the users, primarily on the post-sales side. You will also work closely with the sales team and provide technical advice on the products and services on the pre-sales side.
Location - Remote in United Kingdom
What You’ll Be Doing
- Become a complete expert in the NinjaOne platform and develop a high-level technical understanding in the IT infrastructure management of modern businesses
- Consult our partners on how to implement NinjaOne’s products into their infrastructure and how to improve their internal process to help them create synergies
- Multi-faceted problem solving, based on scenarios and use cases from prospects and partners which may include investigating custom product requests, discovering product workarounds and alternative approaches/solutions
- You will be working closely with our sales team and help to answer advanced technical questions from prospects and customers while also collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute our growth strategy
- Provide valuable feedback to our product team by being the voice of our partners – work closely together with our Product Management and help to shape NinjaOne’s future
- Coach the sales teams on the NinjaOne products suite
- Give external training for our partners e.g. show how our new features can be applied in the day to day usage of our partners
- Become an advocate for our brand and actively promote our product solutions to our partners
- Other duties as needed

About You
- You have experience in technical sales of IT products
- Self-motivated and enjoy finding solutions for customers
- A quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and processes
- Professionally proficient in English
- Able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner to technical and non-technical folks (“Tell me like I am five”)
- Hungry to learn and love to figure out the why behind the why
- A challenger to the status quo and bring in and exercise your own ideas
- Champion in giving and receiving feedback
- Curious, eager to learn and open to admitting mistakes #growthmindset

Big Plus: You have worked for an MSP or an internal IT helpdesk
Big Plus: You gathered previous experience with RMM and/or Backup software
