The Role: Solution Engineer II
Location: Investment Results domain
As one of our Solution Engineers II, you’ll design, build, and optimise high-performance, scalable systems with AI-driven solutions to improve development efficiency and delivery within our complex financial data ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Results & Attribution development team, partner IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions across project features or full scopes
- Regularly use AIprompt-driven technologies to accelerate workflows, enhance system performance, and expedite delivery
- Write scalable, maintainable code in Python/SQL atop cloud-native technologies (preferably AWS)
- Solve complex challenges by integrating data pipelines, workflow automation, and attribution methodologies
- Stay ahead of emerging tools/technologies and advocate for innovations that benefit our clients

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
✅ A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field ✅ 2–5 years of software engineering experience ✅ Expertise in SQL/Python with a proven ability to write clean, performant code ✅ Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, specifically AWS ✅ AI adoption: Previous experience leveraging prompt-driven engineering workflows to improve processes ✅ Strong skills in collaboration, requirements elicitation, testing, and managing ambiguity
