As a Solution Engineer II in the Investment Results domain, you’ll design, maintain, and refine high-performance systems while leveraging AI-driven technologies to optimize development efficiency.

Key Purpose:
- Build and optimize scalable, high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with teams (Results & Attribution, IT, and business stakeholders) to deliver **end-to-end solutions** across projects.
- Enhance development workflows with **AI-driven techniques** to accelerate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect configurable systems with AI-driven capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain ATP (Attribute-Targeting Platform) alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Automate complex workflows to improve testing, performance, and security compliance.
  • Support future scalability by leveraging cloud-native technologies (preferably AWS).
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance through continuous updates and refinements.
  • Partner with development, business, and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and regulatory changes impacting the Investment domain.
  • Help implement self-service analytics for Product and SDR teams.

Ideal Candidate

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CSE), Engineering, Finance or a related field.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python with at least 2-5 years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to gather technical requirements, and test for quality.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and prompt-driven workflows to accelerate performance.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS or similar cloud services.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with Design Thinking, Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and Unit Testing (JUnit/BDD).
  • Experience working in financial services, asset management/statistics, or real-time batch analytics.
  • Web service development experience and familiarity with microservices architectures.
