Solutions Engineer - SaaS & Partnerships
Are you a customer-focused Solutions Engineer with experience supporting SaaS products and API integrations? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business, helping customers successfully implement an innovative Identity & Verification platform used by leading global brands.
As a Solutions Engineer - SaaS & Partnerships, you'll work closely with Sales, Product and Commercial teams to support customers through the full lifecycle—from pre-sales consultancy and technical integration to post-launch optimisation and ongoing success.
Location: London (Hybrid) with approximately 25% US travel.
The Role
You will:
- Support the pre-sales process by presenting technical solutions and advising customers on the best implementation approach.
- Lead technical integrations, managing customer onboarding and API implementation.
- Configure customer environments, troubleshoot integration issues, and test API calls using tools such as Postman.
- Provide post-launch technical support, monitor solution performance, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Partner with Product teams to share customer feedback and support new product launches.
- Promote best practices and drive adoption of the platform across a growing customer base.

About You
You'll have:
- Experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role.
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and REST APIs (OAuth, HTTPS).
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.
