Solutions Engineer - SaaS & Partnerships
UNiDAYS is building the next generation of its business around Identity and Verification - and this role sits at the heart of that transformation. As Solutions Engineer – SaaS & Partnerships, you will be supporting the commercial growth of UNiDAYS’ Identity & Verification solutions by enabling new Client launches and ensuring existing ones are making the most of our solutions.. You will join at a critical inflexion point as verification becomes a primary growth engine for the company, expanding beyond retail into Social Media, Subscriptions, Technology, Fashion and Beauty.
You will support the full sales cycle from pre-sales, through integration to post-launch management - while also providing a crucial feedback loop to our Product team on Client needs and insights, which will help guide the evolution of verification across UNiDAYS’ existing SME Client base. You will work closely with Product and Commercial teams to bring new verification solutions to market and ensure Clients successfully integrate UNiDAYS’ technology into their platforms. This role is ideal for a commercially driven technologist who wants to help build and scale a category-defining product in Identity & Trust. The role is either London-based with regular (25%) US travel or NY-based.
Job requirements
Experience in client-facing consultative roles Strong problem solving Commercial mindset/consultative approach Strong communication and presentation skills Strong proficiency in creating and presenting compelling pitch decks Comfortable working across cross-functional teams Technical background in API design and integration (HTTPS/REST, OAUTH) Experience reviewing application logs Experience in testing API calls via Postman or similar
Job responsibilities
Pre-sale Support online and face-to-face partner-facing sales initiatives by presenting and advising on most suitable verification solutions and answer questions on documentation Be accountable for driving the education, adoption and usage of UNiDAYS’ verification solutions among new and existing partners by proposing most appropriate technical solution for partner requirements Identify and unlock technical growth opportunities for small to medium existing UNiDAYS accounts Be the main point of contacts and feedback between partner insights and needs and out internal product teams

Integration Phase Own the integration communication and management with partners Perform configuration tasks (e.g. partner set up) Conduct capacity planning and traffic estimation Agree on integration planning milestones and esure UNiDAYS resources (tools, people, systems) are secured Offer and provide technical support and assistance to partners during integration, including reviewing logs and debugging API calls. Test, approve and sign off the completed integration
Post launch Activities Lead partner “hypercare” where needed Schedule and conduct monthly or quarterly check-ins with partners to: Review key usage and technical performance metrics Address and review any open issues/requests Update partners with insights on UNiDAYS roadmap or new releases Collect feedback from partners Triage and coordinate responses to in-life partner enquiries Maintain the UNiDAYS reference implementation, ensuring it is updated with new features and use cases
Strategy and Success:
Work with the product teams to understand existing and new technology solutions Monitor performance and translate results into actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders. Prepare for strategic partner meetings by delivering pitch proposals, recommendations, and solutions for technology product suite. Work across multiple categories and regions to drive adoption and usage of UNiDAYS’ verification technology, focusing on best practices and partner-side integration optimisation. Dive into industry trends and champion UNiDAYS’ technology internally and externally.
