Location: Leeds Bradford Airport
Hours: Full-time, Hybrid (Office-based Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

What will you do in the role?
As a Solutions Engineer in the Engineering Technologies team, you will blend aircraft maintenance expertise with cutting edge digital solutions, delivering innovative data and analytics insights to enhance Engineering & Maintenance operations. You’ll develop predictive maintenance and condition monitoring initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive digital transformation.
You Will:
Collaborate on use cases and proof of concept development Implement data-driven solutions to optimise performance Analyse engineering workflows to identify improvements Develop predictive maintenance solutions to reduce downtime and enhance safety Integrate digital tools with existing systems Ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards Assist with training and adoption of new technologies Create reports and visualisations to share insights

What do we need from you?
We’re looking for a data-focused problem solver with a passion for engineering innovation.
You Will:
Communicate effectively across all levels Be analytical, detail-oriented, and creative in problem solving Be self-motivated, adaptable, and delivery-focused Demonstrate strong organisational skills Have knowledge of Python, PySpark, and SQL Hold an Aerospace Engineering Degree or equivalent Have experience in Airline Engineering Operations, ideally Part-CAMO
Beneficial skills:
Be experienced with Palantir Foundry or Skywise Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
