- Partner with Enterprise Sales Directors and delivery teams to understand client needs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept (PoCs) addressing complex challenges in regulatory, compliance, and risk management faced by financial institutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions
- Drive adoption of technology that streamlines compliance, reduces risk, and enhances operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to gather business cases and requirements
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations (both technical and business-driven)
- Design and present proof-of-concept solutions aligned with client needs
- Serve as the ** technical expert** during the sales cycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering) to communicate client feedback and iterate solutions
- Co-own (with Enterprise Sales Director) RFP/ RFI development and responses
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and client workshops
- Stay updated on financial services regulations, emerging tech trends, and compliance best practices

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Compliance Advisory/Consulting within regulatory, compliance, or risk SaaS products in financial services
- Deep understanding of financial services workflows, regulatory landscapes, and industry-specific systems (e.g., MiFID II, GDPR, BCBS 239)
- Familiarity with RegTech tools/platforms, including regulatory reporting, surveillance, or risk management platforms
- Exceptional communication skills – Equally capable of technical architecture discussions and business stakeholder negotiations
- Proven ability to lead solution discovery and demonstrate ROI
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in AI/ML in compliance or a passion for cutting-edge regulatory technology
