Client Solutions Manager – Entertainment Industry
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Contract: 12-month contract
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager to support partners across the entertainment industry, including film studios, publishing companies, music studios, and streaming platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with Client Partners to develop, implement, and optimise marketing solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role requiring strong strategic thinking, campaign expertise, and the ability to independently manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
The role will focus on building strong client relationships, developing effective advertising strategies, and leveraging data and insights to maximise campaign performance across Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Partners to identify client needs and develop tailored marketing solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment industry clients, acting as a trusted advisor on campaign strategy and optimisation.
- Develop data-driven solutions designed to deliver measurable business results.
- Analyse performance data and audience insights to inform strategy, recommendations, and campaign improvements.
- Provide guidance on media planning, creative strategy, campaign implementation, and optimisation.
- Define and manage measurement strategies, ensuring effective tracking, reporting, and delivery of campaign results.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and maximise return on investment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
- Take ownership and accountability for delivering client solutions from strategy through to execution.

Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.

Education & Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
- Extensive experience developing, managing, and reporting on Meta advertising campaigns using Ads Manager.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, client solutions, campaign management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working with entertainment, media, technology, or advertising clients is highly desirable.
