Job title: Solutions Planning Account Manager

The Solutions Planning Account Manager is responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring successful campaign execution across WPP's media ecosystem. The role involves developing strategic brief responses and overseeing campaign delivery, focusing on Advanced Digital Out-of-Home (ADOOH), Advanced TV (ATV), and Programmatic advertising channels. The Account Manager also mentors junior team members and drives operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Client Relationship: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and managing expectations for tasks like email response and reporting.
- Campaign Planning & Delivery: Create and manage strategic campaign plans, ensuring client objectives are met with data-driven strategies.
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaign execution, working with the Activation team for seamless delivery.
- Revenue & Pipeline Awareness: Track and support agency revenue targets, maintaining accurate forecasts.
- Financial Management: Reconcile client bookings, liaise with finance teams, and ensure clear communication on financial matters.
- Agency Engagement: Represent WPP Media Solutions in agency meetings and develop collateral to enhance understanding of the products.
- Measurement & Insights: Coordinate measurement studies for key clients and ensure accurate and timely asset delivery.
- Line Management: Set and monitor KPIs for team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contributing to wider team initiatives: Support senior management on projects and promote best practices among junior members.

Role requirements:

- Proven experience in agency or account management roles, particularly with media planning and campaign delivery.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
