Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a wine-focused hospitality role
- Strong knowledge of wine and a genuine desire to continue learning
- Interest in Japanese cuisine, sake, and Japanese beverage traditions
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Passion for delivering warm, personalised hospitality
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced luxury dining environment
- WSET qualification is desirable but not essential
- The right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship

Responsibilities
- Play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest journey through expert wine and beverage service
- Work closely with the Head Sommelier and management team
- Help curate memorable dining experiences
- Develop knowledge of fine wines, sake, and Japanese beverage culture
