We combine the world's great classics with exciting new discoveries and producers at the forefront of today's wine scene.
The Role
We're looking for a passionate and curious Sommelier to join our front-of-house team. You'll work closely with our Head Sommelier and Assistant Head Sommelier, deliver exceptional wine service, and be an active part of a team that takes hospitality seriously.

What You'll Be Doing
- Recommending and serving wines with confidence, tailoring suggestions to each guest and the menu.
- Supporting the daily operation of the wine programme, including cellar management and stock takes.
- Contributing to a front-of-house team where everyone looks after each other.

What We're Looking For
- Previous sommelier or wine service experience.
- WSET or CMS qualifications preferred, but attitude and curiosity matter just as much.
- Someone who is guest-focused, reliable, and genuinely loves wine and food.
What We Offer
- £35,000 per annum.
