About The Venue
Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. the Walkie Talkie Building, and houses two restaurants, two bars, a retail outlet, ground floor coffee kiosk and stunning event spaces.

Role Purpose
Sommelier - 2 AA Rosette Restaurant
£16 per hour
We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team at Fenchurch Restaurant based at the top of the iconic Sky Garden. If you have a passion for wine, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering top notch service, we invite you to be a valuable part of the experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Sommelier in the daily running of the wine department
- Delivering exceptional wine service, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times
- Advising guests confidently on wine pairings, recommendations, and regional knowledge
- Ensuring correct storage and handling of wines to maintain quality
- Maintaining high service standards in line with the brand and venue expectations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification from a recognized wine education program is advantageous.
