About The Job
At Langosteria, wine is an integral part of the guest journey. We are looking for a Sommelier who brings solid expertise, refined taste, and a genuine passion for hospitality, supporting the creation of memorable dining experiences through thoughtful wine service and pairings.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a guest-focused approach, and who is eager to grow within a dynamic fine dining environment.
- Support the management and development of the wine list in line with the brand identity
- Guide guests in selecting wines and pairings, ensuring a personalized and elevated experience
- Ensure correct wine service, presentation, and adherence to company standards
- Assist in managing wine stock, storage, and inventory control
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, and FOH team
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cellar and service areas

About You
- Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role within fine dining
- Strong knowledge of international wines, regions, and vintages
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and confidence in high-end service environments
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and a good command of English (B2 level or higher)
