This is an exciting opportunity to lead process excellence, influence major business transformation programmes and help shape how Procurement supports the wider business for the future.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Source to Pay Manager, you'll own and continuously improve the end-to-end Source to Pay lifecycle, ensuring our processes are efficient, compliant and fit for the future.
Working closely with Procurement, Finance, IT and wider business stakeholders, you'll:

- Lead process improvement initiatives, driving automation, digitalisation and system enhancements across procurement operations.
- Monitor process performance, identifying opportunities to simplify ways of working and improve efficiency.
- Support supplier onboarding, contract management, purchase order, invoice and payment processes.
- Provide training, guidance and support that helps colleagues confidently adopt and utilise S2P processes and systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
