Sourcing Consultant

Sourcing / Delivery Recruitment Consultant

Location: St Albans – The Maltings Salary: £26,800–£32,500 (experience dependent) + uncapped commission + excellent benefits

Acceler8 Talent, part of the Understanding Recruitment Group, is a specialist technology recruitment business with offices in St Albans and Boston. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for ambitious Sourcing / Delivery Consultants (including trainees) to join our high-performing teams.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and established clients to help deliver top technology talent across specialist markets, including:

  • AI
  • Machine learning
  • Quantum computing
  • Silicon photonics
  • Other emerging technologies

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates
  • Building strong talent pipelines
  • Supporting the entire recruitment process
  • Extensive candidate interaction with immediate impact
